It’s no secret that Covid has meant a surge in online orders all over the world. People who have never before shopped online now have no other choice if they need to send a gift, purchase clothing or things for their homes, or just need a little lift out of the lockdown blues. Australia Post is completely overwhelmed and a covid cases in courier depots have caused all kind of delays in shipping across Australia.
I can personally say that orders I have placed with prominent retailers are taking weeks longer than in “normal” circumstances but I also understand that this is to be expected.
Our Zjoosh warehouse team ensure that orders are packed and ready to ship the day the orders are received. They are literally packing as fast as their hands can move. Each day the posties come (always with huge smiles on their faces) and fill their trucks with our Zjoosh deliveries, but the volumes they are currently handling has meant backlogs in processing and delivering, therefore things may take longer than usual. Please don’t be cross at us retailers and delivery people. We want you to be happy more than you probably know. We wish there were more drivers and larger sorting facilities, but some things are truly out of our hands. This pandemic is so frustrating and so hard for so many people in so many ways, but please understand we are doing the very best we can always. X Kell
