AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping - Flat rate $12.00 | 3 -7 business days depending on the delivery location.

Express Shipping - Flat rate $ 17.00 | 2 -3 business days depending on delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL

Zjoosh, unfortunately, doesn't ship internationally. We may, however, be able to make special arrangements for you. Please send an enquiry to info@zjoosh.com.au. A member of our team will get in contact with you to discuss your options.

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days by Australia Post.*

*Parcels being delivered to rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Please note that items may be sent in multiple deliveries based on the location of the items ordered. This is done to speed up delivery times. You will receive tracking details for each delivery.

FURNITURE AND BULKY ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: As bulky items are sent via courier, a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a calling card. SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please contact info@zjoosh.com or phone 0291705882 between 9am-5pm EST – Sydney Australia.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Loved it but then washed it according to washing instructions and it has shrunk! Not very happy. It’s not shrunk a lot but it is noticeable

A must have shirt for any wardrobe. Love the soft cotton. These shirts are cool and comfortable to wear all year round. I have the blue, pink and white. You can wear them tucked in the front of your favourite white or denim jeans and it will look a million dollars. Definitely a yes from me.

Fabulous shirt

I have this Kell shirt in three different colours. It's made in a cool cotton, looks on trend, washes really well, can be worn loose or tucked in and looks terrific with a pair of white or denim jeans. I absolutely love it.
