PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days by Australia Post.*

*Parcels being delivered to rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

I do love the scent of these candles and have now purchased a total of eight for gifts. My husband bought one for me in September and this led to a great idea for Christmas presents, lovely name too. Who wouldn’t love to burn one of these candles on a Sunday in Sydney?

Sublime!

I love most Glasshouse fragrances and their candles are the best quality. However, Sydney Sundays would have to be my favourite. Just beautiful and so delicate as a fragrance but with the longevity you have come to expect from Glasshouse candles. In fact so good, I purchased a second one a week later...never want to run out!
