PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days by Australia Post.*

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Purchased these items online as local Zjoosh had sold out. All Gifts. Boxed hand creams were stunning and received very well. Same with Roller Pens. Nice surprise to find the 3 pack pens were different colours. Delivery in these difficult times was very prompt.
