International Shipping to New Zealand - Flat rate $25.00. Please note, bulky/fragile items may be subject to larger shipping fees.

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days by Australia Post.*

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
