CARING FOR YOUR SILK PILLOW CASE;
- Handwashing is the best way to clean your Pillow Slip.
- Use lukewarm water and a non-alkaline soap.
- Do not soak or use bleaches or harsh detergents which contain enzymes or brighteners.
- Do not wring or twist. Use a towel to extract excess water.
- If you do decide to machine wash your Pillow Slip, please use the most gentle cycle.
- We recommend that you use a mesh bag for extra protection and the most gentle detergent available.
- Do not tumble dry or place in direct sunlight.

Standard Shipping - Flat rate $12.00 | 3 -7 business days depending on the delivery location.
International Shipping to New Zealand - Flat rate $25.00. Please note, bulky/fragile items may be subject to larger shipping fees.
Excluding New Zealand, unfortunately Zjoosh doesn't ship internationally. We may, however, be able to make special arrangements for you. Please send an enquiry to email@example.com. A member of our team will get in contact with you to discuss your options.
We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days by Australia Post.*
*Parcels being delivered to rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time. Please note: once parcels leave the Zjoosh Warehouse, delivery times are out of our control.
During sale periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Please note that items may be sent in multiple deliveries based on the location of the items ordered. This is done to speed up delivery times. You will receive tracking details for each delivery.
FURNITURE AND BULKY ITEMS

WHAT ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED BULKY?
PLEASE NOTE: As bulky items are sent via courier, a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. We will not be liable for any additional costs that you may incur.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
