At Zjoosh, we often describe ourselves as a “smaller scale department store.” What that means, really, is that every single product we place on our shelves has been hand-selected with care and consideration. Our collections are a curated expression of everything we love—beautiful pieces that elevate the everyday and bring joy to the lives of our customers. So, when a box from iKOU landed on our HQ doorstep over a year ago, brimming with their luxurious self-care offerings, it sparked both admiration… and a little hesitation.

You see, our beauty bar was already tightly packed with products we had grown to love. Our shelves aren’t elastic! So, while the iKOU products were clearly gorgeous, I felt I couldn’t, in good conscience, accept
such a generous gift if I wasn’t sure we had space to stock the brand. I called the brand manager to express my gratitude and gently suggested I return the box. In true iKOU fashion—gracious and generous—she insisted we keep it.

As is often the case when lovely things arrive at Zjoosh HQ, I invited our team to help themselves. The hand creams, face oils, body scrubs, and candles quickly found new homes with our Zjoosh Women, and then something extraordinary happened.
