INTERNATIONAL

Excluding New Zealand, Zjoosh does not ship internationally. We may, however, be able to make special arrangements for you. Please send an enquiry to info@zjoosh.com.au. A member of our team will get in contact with you to discuss your options.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it is aimed to be delivered within 3-7 business days by Australia Post^. During sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Please note that items may be sent in multiple deliveries based on the location of the items ordered. This is done to speed up delivery times. You will receive tracking details for each delivery.

^Parcels being delivered to regional, rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time. Please note that once parcels have been dispatched from the Zjoosh Warehouse, delivery times are out of our control.

PROCESSING TIMES DURING SALES PERIODS

During sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

 

FURNITURE AND BULKY ITEMS

Furniture and bulky items will incur a shipping cost based on weight, dimensions and location. Please call our friendly customer service team on 02 9170 5882 to enquire about shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: As bulky items are sent via courier, a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. We will not be liable for any additional costs that you may incur.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that an order is processed incorrectly or a damaged or defective item is received we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please contact info@zjoosh.com.au or phone 02 9170 5882 between 9am-4.30pm EST – Sydney Australia.

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
