We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand for orders over $150* AUD, excluding orders which contain furniture, and big/bulky or fragile items that require extra care for delivery.
For orders under $150 AUD a flat rate of $12* applies for standard delivery, and $16* for express delivery. For more information, please view our delivery information page.
ZJOOSH reserves the right to change the free freight threshold at any time.
Excluding New Zealand, ZJOOSH does not currently ship internationally. We may, however, be able to make special arrangements for you. Please send an enquiry to info@zjoosh.com.au, and a member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to discuss your options.
We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an Australia Post tracking number so you can track your order straight to your door. Your order is aimed to be delivered within 3-7 business days by Australia Post^. During sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Please note that items may be dispatched from multiple locations to speed up delivery times. You will receive tracking details for each delivery.
^Parcels being delivered to regional, rural and international addresses may incur additional transit time. Please note that once parcels have been dispatched from the Zjoosh Warehouse, delivery times are beyond our control.
During sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Furniture and bulky items will incur a shipping cost based on weight, dimensions and location. Additional freight charges may be incurred at checkout.

WHAT ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED BULKY?
PLEASE NOTE: As bulky items are sent via courier, a signature will be required upon delivery. If noone is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. We will not be liable for any additional costs that you may incur.
In the event that an order is processed incorrectly, damaged or a defective item is received we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. If you refuse delivery of your order it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
