This is an exciting opportunity to join the Zjoosh team in our first Victoria location, Malvern.
We are looking for an experienced store manager who has a passion for fashion, accessories, home and gifting.
You will be instrumental in leading a strong team and deliver an exceptional customer experience to existing and new Zjoosh customers. You will work closely with the team on merchandising, stock control and bring your pride, enthusiasm, and passion for outstanding service to work every day, the sky's the limit to what you can achieve and the bonds you will form at Zjoosh!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 4+ staff
- Achieving sales targets
- Developing and training staff
- Managing inventory levels
- Receiving and unpacking stock
- Visual merchandising
- Customer service
- Completing a store roster
- Reporting to your Head of Retail Manager and other head office representatives
- Maximising local community and marketing opportunities

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background with at least some management experience. Other desirable experience includes hospitality, or community engagement work.
