ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Zjoosh purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery, for instant exchange, refund of FREE returns for store credit.

We offer no returns, exchanges or refunds on FINAL SALE products.

Our online returns portal is hosted by LOOP, offering FREE returns for store credit, refunds and where possible, instant exchange! Please note these options are only available for customers within Australia.

Return costs for a refund is at the expense of the customer. Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment and should appear in your bank account within 3-7 business days.

    OPTION 2: RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES IN-STORE

    1. Please download and complete the returns form. Make sure to include with the items you would like to return.

    2. Take the completed form and your items into your nearest Zjoosh store.

    Please note: Refund monies cannot be processed in-store. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days by Zjoosh Head Office and returned onto your original payment method.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS

    Please ensure all returns meet the returns terms and conditions (see below).

    All international returns are to be processed through LOOP and returned at the customer’s expense.

    IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

    We are more than happy to exchange or provide a credit note for products purchased in-store within 30 days of purchase (excluding Final Sale items). Purchases made in-store are not eligible for a refund.

    Products must be in original condition and proof of purchase must be provided.

     

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise purchased on zjoosh.com.au can be returned within the above timeframes for an exchange or full refund subject to the below conditions. As items purchased online are unable to be seen/tried before purchase, we will accept returns due to change of mind.

    • Proof of purchase is required with the returned merchandise.
    • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Any discounts or rewards applied to your original purchase will be carried over in an exchange. If the exchanged item is of lesser value then the original item(s), any additional rewards used towards that purchase will be forfeited. Where goods are returned for a refund (except faulty goods), any reward earned will be forfeited.
    • We are only able to accept a product which has been purchased from a Zjoosh store. Products purchased from any of our wholesaler customers will need to be returned to the store of purchase. Likewise, products purchased through zjoosh.com.au or one of our stores, cannot be returned to a Zjoosh wholesale stockist.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise: Earrings, face masks, hair accessories and intimate apparel.
    • Please note that items purchased in our in-person Outlet Sale are FINAL SALE.

     

    FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    If you have a faulty or damaged products, Zjoosh will gladly arrange either an exchange or refund in accordance with the below process.

    1. Contact our friendly Customer Service team by email info@zjoosh.com.au or phone 02 9170 5882 within 3 months of the finding the fault.
    2. You must provide a "Proof of purchase" (e.g. invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Zjoosh or delivery note) and details of the fault (photos are recommended).
    3. Our team will assess the fault and, once approved, provide a "Return ID Number".
    4. Return the faulty item to Unit 9, 12 Mars Road, Lane Cove West NSW 2066or to any of our Zjoosh stores. If returning to Head Office, a returns label will be provided at no extra cost to you.

    Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Zjoosh, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

    Exchanges are subject to availability. Zjoosh can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your Return ID number.
