Returns

At Zjoosh we understand that purchasing Online can be tricky and you may not always get your purchase decision right the first time. Should you change your mind, we are always happy to offer you an exchange, refund* or credit note. 

* Please note, purchases made in store are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. Items returned due to change of mind will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please refer to your purchase receipt for more information regarding our return policy. 

To make an Online return, please follow the below process:

Australia 

Please notify us within 30 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange the return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.

Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order. The product can be returned either via mail to the below address. Please note that return postage cost will be at your own expense.

If you are local to Sydney you are more than welcome to return the product/s in any of our 13 Zjoosh locations - Store locatorPlease note: items purchased Online can only be exchanged in stores. Should you require a refund,  the associate helping with your return will contact Customer Service to arrange this on your behalf. 

 

International 

We cannot offer exchanges to our International customers. We can, however, offer a credit note which will be valid for 2 years.

While this isn't compulsory, we strongly suggest choosing a service that offers tracking for peace of mind.

Terms and Conditions 

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise purchased on zjoosh.com.au can be returned within the above time frames can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the below conditions. As items purchased online are unable to be seen/tried before purchase, we will accept returns due to change of mind. 

Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Any discounts or rewards applied to your original purchase will be carried over in exchange. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item(s), any additional rewards used towards that purchase will be forfeited. Where goods are returned for a refund (except faulty goods), any reward earned will be forfeited.
We are only able to accept a product which has been purchased from a Zjoosh store. products purchased from any of our wholesalers will need to be returned to the store of purchase. 

Due to hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

Earrings, hair pieces and intimate apparel.

 Please note that items purchased in our Warehouse Sale are final. 

If you wish to return faulty or damaged products, Zjoosh will gladly arrange either a repair, exchange or refund in accordance with the following process. 

You must notify Zjoosh by email info@zjoosh.com within 3 months of the finding the fault to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call our friendly Customer Service team on 02 9906 3995. 

You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Zjoosh or delivery note.

Unless advised otherwise, the product must either be returned to our Head Office - address below or to any of 13 Zjoosh stores - store locator

    Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Zjoosh, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.

    Exchanges are subject to availability. Zjoosh can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number.
    Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made to a Zjoosh stockist.
