We know how unfortunate it can be when your online order doesn't arrive in time, so to ensure your Zjoosh goodies arrive before Christmas, we highly encourage you to place your order before the following cut-off dates:

  • For NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS addresses - 19th December 2023
  • For WA and NT addresses - 15th December 2023
  • For New Zealand addresses - 7th December 2023

Please note that these timeframes are to be used as a guide only, and it is recommended to place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Zjoosh cannot guarantee delivery times and takes no responsibility for orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas.

We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 3-7 business days by Australia Post.^

Please note that items may be sent in multiple deliveries based on the location of the items ordered. This is done to speed up delivery times. You will receive tracking details for each delivery.

^Parcels being delivered to rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time. Please note: once parcels leave the Zjoosh Warehouse, delivery times are out of our control.

During sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

We understand that sometimes you may want to make change to your order, such as adding extra items. Providing your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at or call 02 9170 5882 to see what options are available.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Zjoosh purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or credit note. We offer no returns on final sale products.

Please note: We are unable to offer exchanges for mail returns. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance to our return conditions. 

All orders are eligible for an exchange within our retail stores (excluding final sale items).


For online orders, we currently accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AfterPay and Zjoosh gift vouchers.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, all major credit cards, AfterPay and Zjoosh gift vouchers in our stores.

If you have a faulty or damaged products, Zjoosh will gladly arrange either a repair, exchange or refund in accordance.  

You must notify Zjoosh by email within 3 months of the finding the fault to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call our friendly Customer Service team on 02 9170 5882.


From time to time, you may experience difficulties out of our control, and we understand this can be a little frustrating when you’re eager for some Zjoosh love! We recommend the following tips:

  • Clear your cache and any cookies from your browser
  • Try a different web browser - using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are the easiest to browse and shop on most websites, including ours
  • Log in/log out of your account again
  • Try using a different device (sometimes using a desktop may help).

As promotional codes are often set to be redeemed against certain products or cart value, it’s important to check that your cart meets the criteria to avoid a frustration shopping experience. We recommend the following tips:

  • How you met the minimum order value?
  • Does the promotion apply to all/some of the items in your cart?
  • Have you already applied a discount to your cart?
  • Try using a different device (sometimes using a desktop may help)
