Whilst there no doubt a place for man-made fibres in our fashion such as elastane for stretch or poly for non-iron shirting, I would say that Zjoosh has a particular dedication to using pure and natural fibres like cotton, linen, and silk which we favour as part of our commitment to quality and sustainability. For me it’s a great way to feel smart and fresh and pulled together.

Linen is another staple in our Zjoosh auxiliary. Come the warmer months I reach for linen for its lightweight and airy properties. Linen's natural texture and breathability make it perfect for the summer heat. For me it a away to feel relaxed yet also sophisticated.

Best of all, Linen is renowned for being durable. Durability. Zjoosh fashion is not designed to be “fast fashion”, but rather a strong classic pieces that can (if cared for correctly) last for many seasons. Linen is made from the fibres of the flax plant, which are naturally strong and resilient and so linen garments can withstand regular wear and washing while maintaining their structural integrity.

One thing I love about linen is that it becomes softer over time whilst retaining its durability. I think that linen pieces actually improve with age, offering increasing comfort and a distinctive, lived-in quality. Add to this Linen is also naturally breathable and moisture-wicking making it suitable for very hot climates.
