Our Bergamot & Freesia Cashmere Wash is designed to gently cleanse delicate fabrics like cashmere, wool, silk, and fine knits — keeping them soft, fresh, and beautifully cared for.
We use a blend of coconut-derived cleansers, including a low-dioxane version of SLES, to create a formula that’s effective but still mild on both skin and fabric. It’s pH-balanced to help maintain the integrity of natural fibres, and completely free from enzymes, bleach, brighteners, or any harsh stripping agents.
The result is a clean, low-foam lather that rinses away easily, helping to prevent residue or stiffness. A subtle fragrance of fresh bergamot and soft freesia leaves your garments delicately scented — uplifting yet refined. Bergamot brings a crisp, citrus brightness with a hint of green freshness, while freesia adds a light floral note that’s airy, clean, and slightly sweet.

Our Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ZJOOSH online purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit note or instant exchange.
Please note, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on earrings, hats or hair accessories. We also do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products marked FINAL SALE.
