We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ZJOOSH online purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit note or instant exchange.

Outstanding quality and versatility

Purchased to use as my daily handbag for a 4 week trip to Europe. It was perfect, great size (can hold a small drink bottle and even a folded merino cardigan as well as travel necessities), full zip and turnkey latch for added security. Mainly used the wide nylon crossbody strap which was very comfortable, and I look forward to using the shorter shoulder strap to make it a shoulder bag now that I am back. Quality is excellent - has been through airports, plane trips, light rain and all conditions - still looks as good as new. Chocolate brown matched all my outfits. I can't recommend this bag highly enough.
