How to Care — Leather
Our leather pieces are crafted from full-grain hides selected for their natural character and durability. Spot clean gently, condition regularly, and store with care — properly maintained leather develops a rich patina over time that makes each piece uniquely your own.

Step by Step
Always refer to the individual garment label before treating. Different leather finishes — smooth, suede, nubuck, or waxed — each require specific products and methods. Using the wrong treatment on the wrong finish can cause permanent damage.
For everyday upkeep, wipe the surface gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and light marks. For more stubborn surface dirt, use a cloth barely dampened with clean water — never saturate the leather — and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.
Act on spills and stains as quickly as possible. Blot — never rub — with a clean, absorbent cloth to lift the stain before it sets. For persistent marks, use a leather-specific cleaner suited to your finish and always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Leather needs moisture to stay supple and resist cracking. Apply a small amount of quality leather conditioner with a soft cloth using circular motions, then buff gently with a clean cloth. Conditioning is especially important after the leather has been exposed to rain or prolonged dry conditions.
Hang leather garments on broad, padded hangers to maintain their shape. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space — never in a sealed plastic bag, which traps moisture and encourages mildew. If storing long-term, slip a breathable cotton dust bag over the garment for protection.

A Note on Patina
Fine leather is not meant to stay pristine — it is meant to age. Small marks, a deepening tone, a softening of the surface: these are not flaws but the signature of a well-lived piece. Care for it, and your leather will tell your story beautifully.
