Place the Scent Stems into the Glasshouse Fragrances metal vessel (sold separately), ensuring it's placed on a flat surface away from open windows or vents.
Replace your Scent Stems every 30 days to refresh your fragrance or to increase their strength. After 30 days the Scent Stems can be placed in recyling with other paper products.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
