We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ZJOOSH online purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit note or instant exchange.

Please note, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on earrings, hats or hair accessories. We also do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products marked FINAL SALE.

Pearl baroque necklace

I bought the necklace to match the bracelet.
I think the necklace is lovely and pearls aren’t too big.
I feel it should come in 2 different sizes or 3 for choice as not everyone has the same size neck.
I had to. Go to a jeweller to have an extension put on.
Maybe this could be a consideration with more expensive necklaces .

Really love this necklace. Purchased as a gift but ended up keeping it and buying another. Pearls are all unique and quality is high. Can't wait for the bracelet to come back in stock!

Pearls are lovely, the clasp is a nightmare , very hard to use, very disappointing for the cost of them, a better quality clasp should have been used.
