Composition: Linen & cotton

Ingredients: Barley, rosemary, rose petals and juniper berries

Product care: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minuet, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

Do not heat for more than 2 minuets continuously. Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves. To use as a cooling pillow, place refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
