We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Zjoosh purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. credit note or instant exchange.

Please Note: Due to health regulations, Zjoosh is unable to accept any returns or exchanges on earrings, hats or hair accessories.
