RETURNS
Our Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ZJOOSH online purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit note or instant exchange.
Please note, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on earrings, hats or hair accessories. We also do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products marked FINAL SALE.

Our online returns portal hosted by LOOP, offers FREE returns for store credit. Returns & instant exchange are also available though please note, return shipping costs for a refund are at the expense of the customer. Please note these options are only available for customers within Australia.
