We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ZJOOSH online purchase, we are more than happy for you to return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit note or instant exchange.

I love this bag. I wear it across my body to keep my hands free. The wide strap makes it very comfortable. It’s big enough to fit all my daily things and the two zipper pockets plus the front button one are ideal. Also good for going out to lunch/a casual dinner. Nice lining too.
